If you carry your smartphone, tablet PC or laptop, you can use internet connection from your room or sitting comfortably in the garden under the gazebo: ask for a password!

In Vicopisano, even in warmer summer months the air is cool and breezy.
After a day spent visiting the Tuscan art cities, what’s better for a relax under our gazebo, specially mounted in spring under the great apricot tree?

If you just want to fully enjoy a quiet evening, why not organize a barbeque in our garden?
Our B&B offers a grill where you can freely cook and grill all the meat / fish and vegetables you want. We do it very often in the summer 🙂

For guests of the bed and breakfast a private parking is available. For every room of the B & B we provide a key/remote control to open the automatic driveway gate during the entry and exit.

We kindly ask you not to bring dogs and cats inside the room. For our animal friends, the B&B offers areas adjacent the rooms where you can place the kennels and allow them a comfortable stay.

Guests of the Bed & Breakfast are always welcome and can borrow books during their stay in our collection for guests. You will find books of various types (yellow, novels and many about farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside) and in different languages ​​.. we try to please everyone!

On request we can arrange a taxi service from/to the Pontedera Railway Station, to book your train tickets or bus.

A bike ride is a great way to enjoy the extraordinary beauty of our land along the paths that feed the many medieval villages.
You can use our mountain bikes for your trip: bikes are equipped with speedometers and portable pumps.
