The newer part was definitely made \u200b\u200bmore recently (in the first half of 1900), but in any case by using techniques and materials of the typical Tuscan tradition: beams and rafters, bricks tiles, local river stones.<\/p>\n<p>This part of the\u00a0farmhouse\u00a0has been used to build the \u200b\u200bso-called &#8220;carts&#8221;, that is wooden carts pulled by animals used by the farmer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-av_two_fifth-b51168870d26eac9084c0e2dc495efe0 av_two_fifth  avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_three_fifth  el_before_av_two_fifth former owners as a restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> renovation of the house<\/strong>, started in 2006-2007, has transformed a dilapidated old structure, in a\u00a0functional and elegant residence\u00a0at the same time preserving the\u00a0rustic style of old Tuscany,\u00a0designed from the outset to welcome friends and
